All about Shipping and Receiving:

This product module lets users to keep track of the items to be received and shipped. It provides all the necessary information one has to know about an expected item to be received or items to be shipped.


Keeping track of Received Items

  1. This module displays the “Receiving list” as a default. It shows important details like the status of the receive item (Sent, Partially Received, Received).

  2. By clicking on the downward arrow in each order, you may find the receive status of each individual line item.

  1. You may choose the relevant check boxes located before the Purchase order number and click on “Mark Received” when a shipment is received.

Adding new Shipment

  1. On the main Shipping and Receiving page, click on “+New Shipment”. This triggers a slide out modal to input the details of the shipment. A shipment number is automatically created based on the previous shipment number. You may edit this if need be.

  2. Input the necessary Shipment details like Shipment date, Carrier and tracking number. Select the customer’s “Company” from the drop down available. If it is not an existing customer, click on “+Add a New Company” from the same drop down. This will lead you to a slide in modal to fill the customer’s company details like contacts and address. Ensure that you “Confirm” to save the details before proceeding.

  3. You are encouraged to add relevant internal and external notes too. External notes will be printed on the shipment label.

  4. You may also attach any relevant files.

  5. Then, click on “+ Add Items” under the Shipment items section.

  6. Click on “Confirm” to save the new shipment.
